A Lidl supermarket is within a 5-minute walk, and three Indian restaurants (Indian Spice, Park Way London, Pino's Warung) are about 0.5-1 km away. For Wembley events, the direct bus and train connections make the location practical without needing a car.

Units range from compact studios to one-bedroom apartments with separate living areas. Each features a kitchenette equipped with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cookware and cutlery. Private bathrooms come with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Rooms include a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, safe, parquet floors and city-view windows. Some units have a sofa bed or extra single bed. While generally spacious and clean, cleanliness standards have been inconsistent, with occasional reports of dusty floors or stained bedding.
