The nearest metro station is Kongens Nytorv, a 5-minute walk, providing a direct 15-minute connection to Copenhagen Airport without transfers. Copenhagen Central Station is also within easy walking distance for regional rail travel. The area is dense with restaurants, cafés, and shops; multiple supermarkets are located within a couple of minutes' walk. The hotel is in a relatively quiet part of the city centre, though some street-facing rooms may pick up noise from nearby bars, especially on weekends.

Room categories are differentiated by floor level: WAKEUP STANDARD rooms (mostly on floors 1-2), WAKEUP SKY (middle floors, 12m2), and WAKEUP HEAVEN (top floors). WAKEUP LARGE rooms (15m2) offer a bit more space, including a fold-out mattress suitable for a child, and are the only category with twin beds. WAKEUP FAMILY rooms consist of two standard rooms connected by a door. All rooms have a double bed (160x200 cm), a private shower room, and a work desk. There is no wardrobe-just a small hanging rail with a few hangers. The rooms are compact: standard rooms are described as very small for two people, with limited space for luggage. Air conditioning and heating are provided but the system may not be effective in extreme temperatures. The rooms lack a minibar, kettle, and iron; an ironing room is available in the basement. Some bathrooms have a glass sliding door for the shower that may not close fully. Street-facing rooms can be noisy, while rooms facing the inner courtyard are generally quiet.

Breakfast is served daily in the hotel's breakfast restaurant: weekdays 06:30-10:00, weekends 07:00-10:30.
