The hotel sits in a quiet residential area of Berlin-Reinickendorf, close to the A111 motorway. Franz-Neumann-Platz underground station (U8 line) is a short walk away, providing direct service to Alexanderplatz, the Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island in about 20 minutes. Bus 120 connects from Berlin Hauptbahnhof (stop Aroser Allee/Holländerstrasse is a 1-minute walk), and bus 128 goes directly from the old Tegel Airport. The neighbourhood offers free street parking, several cafés and restaurants within 500 m, and a green courtyard with a small pond.

Rooms feature a modern design, carpeted floors, a flat-screen TV, free basic Wi-Fi, free landline calls worldwide, and a private bathroom. Some rooms include a minibar; a refrigerator is available in part of the standard rooms and can be requested at booking. No balcony and no air conditioning - fans are available on request. Rooms vary in age and condition, with some described as spacious and comfortable while others show dated furniture and carpet wear. Light sleepers may prefer higher floors away from street-facing sides. Electric kettles are available from reception upon request.

Breakfast is served as a buffet with a variety of bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, hot drinks, and fresh fruit. The cost is €22 per person. For those who prefer to eat out, several cafés and restaurants - including Schaferstubchen, Fruhstuckshaus Mavera and Cafe Mavera - are within 500 m. A bar (Victor's Bar) offers drinks in the evening, and vending machines for snacks and drinks are available in the building. There is no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Wellness and leisure facilities are not provided. The hotel has a terrace and a small inner courtyard with seating, overlooking a pond where frogs can be heard in the evenings. Cycling is possible in the surrounding area, and bicycles can be stored indoors for free.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property and reported as fast and stable. The 24-hour front desk can store luggage for free, provide tour advice, and arrange public transport tickets (surcharge). Lockers are available. Daily housekeeping is free; dry cleaning, ironing service and laundry are available for an additional charge. An ironing station is in the hotel (no irons in rooms). The hotel is not located inside the Berlin environmental zone (Umweltzone), so no emissions sticker is required to drive to the hotel.
