The pension is centrally located within a 5-minute walk of the Town Hall, Parliament, and Ringstraße. Rathaus Underground Station (line U2) is 200 metres away, providing direct access across Vienna. The property is in a quiet residential street with many cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket in the same building. The main city centre attractions are within a 15-minute walk. Christmas markets at Rathausplatz are a 4-minute walk. Public transport from Vienna Central Station takes about 30 minutes (bus 13A) or 15 minutes by taxi.

The pension offers various room categories. Some rooms have a washbasin in the room and share toilet and shower facilities on the corridor. Others include a private shower and sink but a shared toilet. Family rooms and superior doubles feature a private bathroom with shower and WC. All rooms have cable TV, a fan, and parquet or wood flooring. Courtyard-facing rooms are notably quiet. Rooms without windows into the courtyard may be noisier. No rooms have air conditioning or a balcony. In summer, temperatures can be high; a fan is provided. In winter, some rooms may have limited heating and are supplied with a portable heater. Daily housekeeping keeps rooms clean. Room sizes vary; some single rooms are compact.
