The Eiffel Tower is a 20-minute walk or a short ride via public transport. The building is set back from the street, so street-side noise is minimal, but some rooms face an active construction site that starts work around 7:00 on weekdays. An underground public car park is available at 38 Avenue des Ternes, about 5 minutes away.

Units vary in size and layout across the building's three floors (no lift). The one-bedroom option sleeps two, the two-bedroom options sleep up to six, and the three-bedroom units sleep up to eight (including a sofa bed in the living room). Some larger apartments have two separate shower rooms and two toilets, which is particularly practical for groups. All apartments include a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Heating is available in all rooms. Air conditioning is provided via a single portable unit that must be vented through an open window - it is sufficient for the main living area but does not cool the bedrooms. Some bedrooms have skylights that are the only window source. The building is not soundproofed; rooms facing the inner courtyard tend to be quieter, while those on the ground or lower floors may hear door noise from the passage or construction from an adjacent site.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with essential cookware, a dining table, and a tea and coffee maker. Free coffee pods and tea bags are provided on arrival. For those preferring to eat out, the Rue Poncelet and surrounding streets offer a wide choice of bakeries, cheese shops, brasseries, and patisseries within a 2-3 minute walk, including La P'tite Cuisine (0.5 km), La Grange (0.5 km), and Brasserie Lorraine (0.5 km). A Monoprix supermarket is also nearby for groceries. Breakfast is not served on site, but the number of nearby cafés and bakeries makes a morning meal easy to arrange.
