Units range from double studios (max 2 adults) to family studios with a double bed and sofa bed (max 3 adults). Rooms feature air conditioning, soundproof walls, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, Nespresso machine - pods not included). Most studios offer a terrace or balcony with mountain or neighbourhood views. Some rooms overlook the back garden for added quiet; road-facing units may hear street noise. Beds are standard double size and have a foam mattress; some rooms use sofa beds. The building has a lift. Storage is limited, and some rooms lack bedside tables or hooks for towels.
