The hotel sits on a relatively quiet street within the lively 9th arrondissement, close to three metro stations (Anvers, Barbès-Rochechouart, and Gare du Nord) that provide direct lines to the Arc de Triomphe, central Paris, and Charles de Gaulle Airport. The immediate area is filled with cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and a supermarket next door. While the neighbourhood feels active and safe at all hours, the area around Barbès metro can be hectic, so using Anvers station is a smoother route. The hotel's walkability is strong: Sacré-Coeur is a 10-minute uphill walk, and Moulin Rouge is about 15 minutes away.

Rooms are compact - a typical feature in Paris - but functional. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries, plus a wardrobe, safe, desk, and parquet flooring. Noise insulation from corridors and neighbouring rooms is limited, so light sleepers should plan accordingly. Air conditioning is available, though some units have reported inconsistent performance during heat waves. Rooms with a balcony provide extra breathing space and a city view.
