The hotel sits in a safe, central area within walking distance of major attractions - Opera Garnier, Tuileries, Champs-Élysées, and Montmartre are all reachable on foot. Opera Metro station (lines 3,7,8) is just two minutes away, and the Roissybus stop from CDG is a two-minute walk. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars are within 300 metres, including Japanese and Korean options. For Disneyland, catch the RER at Auber station (5-8 minutes walk). Parking is available nearby but must be reserved in advance (€50/day).

Room sizes vary: some are spacious for Paris, others are very small. Superior Quadruple rooms accommodate up to four with a double bed and sofa bed or twin beds and sofa bed. Connecting rooms are available for families of up to four. Rooms without balconies offer either street views or wall views; slanted ceilings in attic rooms can be a hazard. Soundproofing is limited - street-facing rooms and rooms near the bar may experience noise until early morning. Temperature is centrally controlled in some rooms; portable heaters or air conditioning may not be adjustable individually. Daily housekeeping is provided, and laundry service is available for an additional charge. All rooms include carpeted floors, a safe, and a courtesy tray with tea and coffee.
