VISIT & RELAX, New York

Visit & Relax is situated in the Jamaica neighbourhood, 5 km from John F. Kennedy International Airport and within walking distance to Jamaica Station. The Q6 and Q60 buses stop at the corner, linking to the subway for Manhattan in under an hour. The area is quiet and residential, with nearby shops and takeaway options. A taxi to JFK takes about 10 minutes, making the apartment practical for transit stays or late arrivals.

The property is a two-bedroom apartment on the ground/basement level with a separate entrance, private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen including a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and cookware. The unit has air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a sofa bed. However, the basement location means no windows in the sleeping areas, limited natural light, and potential noise from the upstairs unit. Street-facing rooms are quieter, but single-glazed windows may let in noise. The space is spacious and practical for budget-conscious travellers or layovers, but those sensitive to noise or needing full daylight may find it less suitable.

The apartment includes a full kitchen with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals. For quick bites, Dragon City Chinese Kitchen and Rib Shack are within 1 km. The host provides basic cookware and dining ware. Breakfast is not offered, so guests should plan to bring or purchase their own food.

The property does not offer a pool, spa, gym, or leisure areas. For entertainment, Aqueduct Racetrack is 5 km away and Arthur Ashe Stadium 9 km. The quiet residential neighbourhood is suitable for walks, and the Jamaica area has local shops. Guests planning extensive leisure time may need to travel to Manhattan or other parts of Queens.
