VLC HOST - LUZ CASANOVA, Valencia

The property sits on a calm residential street, 2 km from the Church of Saint Nicolás and 2 km from the Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados. Serranos Towers is a 16-minute walk. Valencia Airport is 13 km away. Bus lines 6 and 11 stop one minute from the door, providing a 10-minute ride to the centre; a tram stop is 400 metres away. Within one minute on foot you will find a Mercadona, Lidl, pharmacy, bakery and several restaurants. The area is described as safe and quiet, and the direct connection to the beach via public transport adds flexibility. Free street parking is available nearby.

The studio features a well-fitted kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine. The private bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with a roll-in design, provided toiletries, and good water pressure. The bed is described as comfortable with a large double arrangement, though the pillows and duvet are noted as quite firm and may not suit all sleepers. The room is newly renovated with clean, stylish furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. There is no balcony or terrace. Natural ventilation is limited due to the ground-floor street access and lack of opening windows; the air conditioning serves as the primary means of air circulation. The studio includes a washing machine, ironing equipment, and a high chair for children. Soundproofing from street activity and the direct- street entrance is minimal, so this apartment is best suited to travellers who prioritise modern amenities over complete quiet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and cookware, making it possible to prepare complete meals. Several supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl) are directly across the street for groceries. For dining out, restaurants within 300-500 metres include La Papita de Leche, Portonovo, Nou Barcelona, Ecoloque, Pizzeria La Mia Mamma, and La Bellota. Fast food and casual dining are also available in the immediate area.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas but users should ensure their own device has a stable connection for the app-based door access. Express check-in and private check-in/check-out are available, but luggage storage is not possible after departure. The property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A high chair is provided for children. All communications with the host are handled via digital messages; phone and app-contact are available but limited to certain hours. The ground-floor studio is wheelchair accessible with a roll-in shower and step-free entrance. The mobile app door lock requires an internet connection to open, so keeping your phone charged is essential.
