Waikiki Aquarium and Ala Moana Center are 3 km away. Over a dozen restaurants are within 0.5 km, including Legends Sports Pub, Surf N Turf Tacos, and Lamill Coffee Boutique. The area is highly walkable for dining, shopping, and entertainment, with bus stops nearby and free on-site parking available for those with a car.

Each condo features air conditioning, a kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, and tea/coffee facilities, plus a washer and dryer.
