Waikiki Beach Condominiums is set in the heart of Waikiki, one block north of Kuhio Avenue and two blocks from Kalakaua Avenue's high-end shopping. The beach is about a 10-minute walk behind the International Marketplace, and the Royal Hawaiian Center and Honolulu Zoo are a 15-minute walk away. Waikiki Aquarium and Ala Moana Center are 3 km away. Over a dozen restaurants are within 0.5 km, including Legends Sports Pub, Surf N Turf Tacos, and Lamill Coffee Boutique. The area is highly walkable for dining, shopping, and entertainment, with bus stops nearby and free on-site parking available for those with a car.

Each condo features air conditioning, a kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, and tea/coffee facilities, plus a washer and dryer. The living area includes a cable TV with movie channels, a DVD player, and a radio. The bedroom has one queen bed, and a rollaway bed is provided for an extra person (sleeping up to 4). A sliding door separates the bedroom from the living room. Rooms are available with ocean, mountain, or canal views, and some units have a balcony. The bathroom has a tub with a shower. Note that room and view types are allocated upon check-in and subject to availability. The building is older, and some units show wear (e.g., worn carpets, dated fixtures), but many find the spacious layout and practical amenities ideal for longer stays or families.

The condo's full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and basic cookware) allows self-catering, which many find convenient for families or longer stays. Over a dozen dining options are within a 0.5 km walk, including Legends Sports Pub, Surf N Turf Tacos, Ebinomi, Holoholo Cafe & Market, Honolulu Tavern, Lamill Coffee Boutique, and Coffee Shop 831. Target and grocery stores are also within walking distance for stocking the kitchen.

The outdoor swimming pool on the penthouse recreation deck offers panoramic views of the ocean and Diamond Head. The fitness centre is free to use, and a sauna is also available. BBQ facilities are located on the deck. The pool may be closed for maintenance at certain times of the year (e.g., February-April), so check current conditions if the pool is a key factor for your stay. The wind can be brisk on the roof deck. The property has no spa.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Free private parking is provided with an assigned spot - a notable advantage for Waikiki.
