Haneda Airport is reachable by train without transfers, while Narita requires one change via the Keisei line. Numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets are within 300 metres. The immediate area is calm and quiet at night, making it suitable for a good night's rest.

Rooms are compact but well-organised, each with air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower, free toiletries, slippers, pajamas, and a hairdryer. Every room has a window, though it opens only up to 20 cm for safety. Standard amenities include a refrigerator, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, work desk, trouser press, and a flat-screen TV. Room types available include single, double, and twin configurations. The beds are described as comfortable, and the rooms are consistently clean.
