The aparthotel sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood, yet Skytree, Solamachi Mall, Oshiage Station and a Life supermarket are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Oshiage Station provides direct access to Haneda Airport and a single-transfer-free route to Narita, as well as connections to Shibuya and Asakusa via the LUUP scooter/bicycle service. A bus from Skytree also reaches Disneyland. Around the building, convenience stores, a supermarket and multiple independent restaurants are within a few minutes on foot.
