Ciampino Airport is 14 km (direct bus takes about 45 minutes), and Fiumicino Airport is reachable by train from Termini. Key landmarks within easy walking distance include Santa Maria Maggiore (5 minutes), Domus Aurea (17 minutes), and the Colosseum (15 minutes). The area is busy with constant foot traffic, but the building benefits from 24-hour security and CCTV. Dozens of restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are within 200-300 m, allowing flexible dining throughout the day.

All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom (bath and shower, hairdryer, free toiletries). Bed options include double, triple, and family configurations with one to three beds.
