WISH SUITE BARRIO DE LEON EN TRIANA, Seville

The apartment is located in the traditional Triana district, one of Seville's most characterful neighbourhoods, on a quiet street. It is a 13-minute walk across the Triana Bridge to the city centre, and Plaza de Armas is 2 km away. The Maestranza Bullring is reachable in 19 minutes on foot, and the Royal Alcázar of Seville is 3 km away. Seville Airport is 12 km from the property. The immediate area is service-rich, with supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl), pharmacies, shops, and several bars and restaurants like Terraza Mas Madera and Bar La Estrellita all within a 5-minute walk. Bus stops are also close by, making it easy to explore the city without a car. Street parking is very difficult to find in this residential area.

The apartment's kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, tea maker and basic cookware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Nearby dining options are plentiful within a 5-minute walk: Bar - Terraza Mas Madera, Bar La Estrellita, Calla Canalla, Cafeteria Pata Negra are all 0.5 km away, and Salomon El Rey de Los Pinchitos and Bar Casa Ruperto are 0.5 km away. Panificadora Santa Cecilia bakery is also within a 5-minute walk. The apartment does not have an oven. Several reviews from the property indicate the kitchenware is limited and often not in good condition, so guests planning to cook from scratch should bring their own pans and utensils.

The apartment's location in Seville enables guests to explore the city on foot or by bus. For leisure activities, the property can arrange paid walking tours, pub crawls, classes about local culture, and canoeing. A water park is also an option, though off-site. The tour desk at the property can assist with bookings for these activities. No on-site wellness or leisure facilities such as a pool, spa or gym are available.
