The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, approximately 3 km from Kurfürstendamm and 26 km from Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The nearest S-Bahn station is just a 3-minute walk, with trains reaching central attractions like the Brandenburg Gate and Berlin Philharmonie in around half an hour. An U-Bahn station (Fehrbelliner Platz) is a 15-minute walk. Free street parking is available on surrounding roads, though spaces are often occupied. A supermarket, bakery, and several restaurants are within walking distance, making it easy to pick up supplies or dine locally.

The unit options vary: some have one bedroom, others have one bedroom plus a living room with sofa bed (converting to a double). All apartments feature a kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine, plus a washing machine, minibar, flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a work desk.
