All rooms have good soundproofing against the DLR, though some ground-floor rooms facing the street have reported noise from outside and from neighbouring doors. A few rooms have suffered cleanliness inconsistencies and pest issues; travellers prioritising high hygiene may prefer to choose a room with brighter, more positive feedback about cleaning.

No on-site restaurant or bar is available. However, the surrounding Canary Wharf area offers a wide range of dining options, including Italian, Indian, and sandwich shops, all within 0.3-0.5km. A large shopping centre with many eateries is a 10-15 minute walk away. For those with a car, the hotel's on-site parking makes it easy to drive to other dining locations.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or similar leisure area. The hotel's value lies in its spacious rooms and proximity to Canary Wharf's public areas, parks, and the riverside path, which are suitable for jogging or walks. The DLR provides quick access to central London attractions.
