The double, twin, and single rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a bath or shower, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and utensils (no cooktop), plus a tea and coffee maker with starter supplies. Room sizes vary: some are spacious by London standards, while others can feel compact, especially in lower-floor or ground-floor rooms. A work desk, wardrobe, and a private entrance are standard. All rooms have air conditioning and heating, though some units may have single-glazed windows or poor-fitting doors that let in drafts or noise from outside. Streaming TV is available but requires guests to use their own login. Beds are generally comfortable, and rooms are cleaned at check-in, with daily housekeeping limited to bin emptying unless requested. A lift is available for easy access.
