The bus stop outside connects directly to both the airport and the Kowloon side. For those arriving by car or taxi, the narrow building entrance is via an alley off Nathan Road, and parking is not available on site. Numerous restaurants, including Delaney's Kowloon Irish Bar, Wu Kong Shanghai Restaurant, and Din Tai Fung, are within a 5-minute walk, making the location ideal for tourists wanting to explore and shop.

The room size is very small-best suited for a solo traveller or a couple needing only a place to sleep. Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower (some with combined toilet/shower cubicle), a hairdryer and free toiletries. Rooms are non-smoking. Air conditioning is available but some units have limited control. There is no wardrobe or desk in the rooms; storage space is minimal. Flooring is carpeted. The rooms are clean and the bedding is changed, though some rooms have been reported as basic or dated. For light sleepers, the thin walls transmit noise from the corridor and adjoining rooms; rooms away from the lift area may be quieter.

The guest house does not offer a breakfast service or an on-site restaurant. However, its Tsim Sha Tsui location places it within a 5-minute walk of a wide variety of cuisines: Cantonese (Hung's Chinese Restaurant), Shanghainese (Wu Kong Shanghai Restaurant), Indian (Khyber Pass Mess Club, Shalimar), dumplings (Din Tai Fung), and modern European/Asian (Hutong, Felix). For a quick meal, McDonald's and several convenience stores are also nearby. The building itself houses small food stalls, and the surrounding area has many street-food and casual dining options, providing practical alternatives for all meal times.

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The 24-hour reception desk is staffed, and check-in is handled on arrival; early check-in may be possible if the room is ready. Fresh towels are provided daily, and trash is collected. For stays longer than one night, housekeeping and supply replenishment are not automatic-guests should request daily servicing at reception if needed. The property is a non-smoking building. A luggage storage service is available, useful for those arriving before 14:00 check-in or after check-out. There is no on-site parking. The lifts in the building can be busy, especially during peak times, and serve odd and even floors separately. The entrance alley can feel narrow, and the building's lobby can be crowded.
