WS HAUSSMANN - LA FAYETTE, Paris

Located in the highly rated 9th arrondissement on Rue La Fayette, the property is within walking distance of the Louvre Museum, Sacré-Coeur, and major shopping streets. Chaussée d'Antin and Opéra metro stations are a short walk, providing access to several lines (including RER A for Disneyland Paris and Metro 12 for Montmartre). The area is packed with restaurants, cafés, and bakeries (Ernest & Valentin, Starbucks, Cafe de la Paix). Gare Saint-Lazare is under 1 km, making it convenient for regional travel. Paris Orly Airport is 18 km away.

Each unit includes a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker. A dining table, wardrobe, safe, iron, and flat-screen TV are provided. Studios are best suited for 1 person or a couple; space is tight for groups (bunk beds can be noisy). Rooms facing the street are brighter, those facing the inner courtyard are quieter. Note the following confirmed details: there is no air conditioning, only heating and ceiling fans; the lift is available in some apartments only; and some rooms on upper floors may require using stairs. Studios are not well soundproofed and metro noise can be felt, especially on upper floors facing the street.

A basic breakfast box (delivered to the door by 08:00) is available as a paid add-on, with bread, pastries, and hot drinks. The property has no restaurant or bar. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and utensils for preparing simple meals. Many excellent bakeries (like Ernest & Valentin) and casual dining spots are within a 2-minute walk, allowing for flexible meal plans. For a wider selection, the Opéra district offers everything from casual bistros to fine dining.

The property does not have a pool, spa, gym, or leisure facilities. For wellness and fitness options, guests can explore nearby public parks such as Jardin des Tuileries (15 min walk) or use the gyms available in the area. Ice skating and boating are possible at nearby venues within a short metro ride.
