The hotel sits directly across from the rue Leibniz exit of Porte de Saint-Ouen station on Metro line 13, placing central Paris (Champs-Élysées, Opéra) within a 15-minute ride. Stade de France is 10 minutes away on the same line. Tram T3b, Bus 31, and Metro line 4 are within a short walk, providing direct links to Gare du Nord and Montmartre. Boulevard Périphérique is a 2-minute drive via the Porte de Saint-Ouen exit. The immediate area is a lively commercial street with many restaurants, shops, and a market, though some street sections can feel less polished. Sacré-Cœur Basilica and the Saint-Ouen flea market are within walking distance (about 30 minutes to Sacré-Cœur). The metro is the most efficient way to reach all main attractions; use RER B from Gare du Nord for CDG airport transfers.

All rooms are individually controlled for temperature with reversible air conditioning and double-glazed windows. Room types include Single, Double, Triple, and a Family Suite (two connecting rooms, 32 m2, with two bathrooms). Triple rooms are 17-20 m2; some rooms are adjoining for families. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Road-facing rooms can experience noise from street traffic or the restaurant below, while courtyard-facing rooms are noticeably quieter. Some rooms have been reported as compact, especially triple rooms, though daily housekeeping is provided. Baby cots and ironing boards are available on request. There are no in-room refrigerators, balconies, or extra bed capacity in Superior rooms.

The breakfast buffet includes pastries, cereals, yogurts, bread with butter and jam, ham, hot drinks (tea, coffee, chocolate), fresh fruit juice and fresh fruit. The dining room is small and adjacent to the reception area. The hotel has no full restaurant, but a coffee shop on site and a vending machine for hot and cold drinks are available. The surrounding street offers numerous restaurants, including halal options, fast food, and international cuisines, many open late. A free computer and Wi-Fi are also available in the reception hall.

The 24-hour front desk can arrange restaurant reservations, taxis, and airport shuttle transfers (additional charge, between €55 and €65 depending on vehicle capacity). A paid shuttle service to CDG runs daily. Luggage storage is available free of charge. The on-site parking is a secure underground garage with a height limit of 1.91 m; an EV charging station is located 100 m away on Rue Navier. The hotel is fully accessible: wheelchair ramp at entrance, adapted lift, two adapted bedrooms with fold-up shower seats and grab bars, hearing loop in lift, visual fire alarms, and tactile signage. Express check-in/check-out and a safety deposit box are provided. No pets are allowed.
