The hotel sits on a quiet side street in a safe, residential area, a one-minute walk from the Porte de Champerret metro station (Line 3). The Arc de Triomphe is a 15-minute walk away, and the Eiffel Tower is reachable by metro in about 15-20 minutes. La Défense business district and Porte Maillot congress centre are within walking distance. Several restaurants, brasseries, and cafés are on the same block, along with a Carrefour Express and a bakery. The RER C station is a 5-minute walk away, providing direct service to Versailles. The area is well-suited for both sightseeing and business trips, with clean, walkable streets and good transport links.

Room types include Single (11 m2), Double/Twin (12 m2), and Triple (one double and one single bed). A Triple room may be set up with three single beds on request. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, heating, and free WiFi. Bathrooms are modern with either a shower over bath or a walk-in shower. The hotel does not have air conditioning; fans are provided. Some rooms include a small balcony.
