WS OPERA - LAFFITTE, Paris

The apartment is well positioned for exploring central Paris on foot, with Sacré-Coeur 2 km away and Pigalle Metro Station 1 km from the property. Metro stations on multiple lines are within a short stroll, giving convenient access across the city and to Paris Orly Airport (18 km). The surrounding area is safe, lively, and abundant with cafes, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket around the corner. A nearby Zenpark garage (not affiliated) offers paid parking for those arriving by car.

Room types include studios with one double bed and larger two-bedroom apartments suitable for families or groups. All units feature a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle, cookware), a dining area, flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, and a safe deposit box. Storage space is very limited - standard studios lack room to open suitcases, making them more suitable for short stays or solo travel where space is not a priority. Noise insulation from the street and hallway is weak; inner courtyard rooms are significantly quieter. A ceiling fan is installed, but it only works with the main light on and may not cool sufficiently during hot weather; a portable fan is provided. The building has a small lift, though it does not go to all levels - some stairs are required, which can be challenging with heavy luggage or limited mobility.

When offered, breakfast consists of a box delivered to the door with items such as bread, croissants, butter, fruit, coffee, milk, and tea. The kitchenette allows self-catering for basic meals. For eating out, dozens of cafes, brasseries, and international restaurants are within a few minutes' walk, including a Sichuan restaurant and a Vietnamese cafe on the same street - offering variety beyond the self-catering option.

The property provides full-day security with CCTV and smoke alarms. Reception is not staffed on site - all communication is handled through messaging, with multilingual support in English and French. Luggage storage is available upon request, which is useful for early arrivals or late departures. An invoice can be provided. No parking is available on site, though a public garage (Zenpark) is nearby. Pets are not allowed.
