GREEN PARK HOTEL PARIS, Paris

The hotel is 4 km from Gare de l'Est and 17 km from Charles de Gaulle Airport. The nearest metro station (Buttes-Chaumont, line 7 bis) is a 5-minute walk; another station on line 11 is a 10-minute walk, giving direct access to the Pompidou Centre and Notre Dame within 20 minutes. The quiet residential street keeps the area safe and calm day and night, while the park offers panoramic views of Paris. Several bus routes run along the nearby main road, and the canal Saint-Martin is a pleasant walk away. The neighbourhood is well served by supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. By car, central Paris is about 20 minutes away, with private parking directly opposite the hotel.

Room types include double rooms with city or quiet-street views and triple rooms with city views. Bedding can be configured as a queen or two single beds (request singles one day in advance). Triple rooms can also have three single beds. Rooms are modern, clean, and compact by Paris standards. Standard double rooms measure approximately 140cm bed width, which may feel tight for some. The bathrooms are functional with good shower pressure and steady temperature, though the shower head cannot be raised higher. Rooms include a kettle, tea, decaf coffee, and a free bottle of water (refillable at a station near reception). Some rooms feature a minibar. A fridge can be requested at check-in. The heating can be adjusted via a thermostat; however, the air conditioning system has been reported to not always cool sufficiently, especially during heatwaves. Road-facing rooms can experience some noise, while rooms facing the quiet street are very silent.

There is no gym, pool, spa, or sauna. The adjacent Parc des Buttes Chaumont provides a large green area ideal for morning walks, jogging, or relaxing with views over Paris. The park is a filming location for several Paris-set films and is particularly attractive in the mornings and evenings. An ice-skating rink is also nearby. Walking tours and a local culture class can be arranged at the hotel (free and paid options). The hotel regularly displays fresh floral arrangements from a nearby floristry school, adding to the atmosphere.
