The resort is a 5-minute walk from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and a short distance from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Broadway at the Beach is 2 km away, and the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel is 5 km from the property. Myrtle Beach State Park is 6 km away, and Myrtle Beach International Airport is 5 km away. The immediate area is dense with dining and nightlife, including rooftop bars that play music until late. Parking is in a free public garage about two blocks from the resort, with additional limited street parking. Units range from studios to two-bedroom apartments, all with a private bathroom (some with both bath and shower, and some units include a whirlpool tub). Bed configurations include king, queen, double, and bunk beds - note that bunk beds are child-sized (65 inches long). Kitchens are fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, tea/coffee maker, and cookware. Rooms have carpeted floors, a flat-screen TV, and a separate seating and dining area. All units have an ocean view from the living area, but balconies are architectural ledges (about 0.3 m deep) without seating. The property has two towers (North and South); the South tower is older and reported in worse condition. Noise from nearby bars can be significant, especially on weekends.

The property does not offer breakfast or have a restaurant. The on-site Yacht-Spot Tiki Bar operates outdoors near the pool area. For meals, guests can walk to numerous restaurants within 0.3-0.5 km, including RipTydz Oceanfront Grille & Rooftop Bar, Olympic Flame Restaurant, Beach House Bar & Grill, Epic Arcade Restaurant & Bar, LandShark Bar & Grill, Cafe Old Vienna, and Mr. Rolls. Since all units have a full kitchen, self-catering is a practical option; guests should note that basic cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper) are not supplied. Grocery deliveries can be arranged.

The resort has three swimming pools: two outdoor (one heated) and one indoor pool, all open year-round. There are hot tubs located by both outdoor pools. The property also features a fitness centre with spa/locker rooms, a children's playground, games room, shuffleboard, and a Tiki Bar (Yacht-Spot) by the North tower pool. For those wanting more activity, the area offers beach access, fishing, horse riding, mini golf, and water sports. Some activities and leisure schedules may be reduced during off-peak or winter seasons.
