The Metro lines A and B are a 3-minute walk, connecting to all major attractions. Most sights - Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps - are 20-35 minutes on foot; Sapienza University is a 13-minute walk. A supermarket is 5 minutes away, and several restaurants are within 0.5 km. Despite being close to the station, the street is relatively quiet. No parking is available, and the area can have some homeless presence, but it is generally safe.

All rooms feature air conditioning, soundproofing, tiled floors, hypoallergenic bedding, a work desk, and free WiFi. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and free toiletries. Room sizes vary: basic singles are compact, while larger family rooms can accommodate up to 4 with separate beds. Bedding setup can be configured as a queen (two single beds pushed together) or as twin beds upon prior request. Daily housekeeping keeps rooms clean, and towels are changed regularly. Some rooms face the street and may have noise when windows are open; others are quiet. No balconies are available. Air conditioning works well in summer, but a few rooms had issues with temperature control.
