ZAIDA BOUTIQUE HOTEL, Seville

The hotel is set on a quiet street in the historic centre, close to the bus station Plaza de Armas (10 minutes' walk) and the Museum of Art (100 metres). Major landmarks such as the Alcázar and the Cathedral are within a 15- to 20-minute walk. The area is well served by cafés, restaurants and shops, and the airport bus stop is a short, safe walk away. Taxis to the airport cost around €24 and take 20 minutes; the bus costs €4 and takes 40 minutes. Parking is not on site but a public car park (SABA Plaza de Armas) is a 4- to 5-minute walk.

The property offers double and twin/double rooms located from ground floor to upper floors, accessible by lift. Each room includes a desk, wardrobe, hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms face an internal patio and may have limited natural light; others face the street. Ground-floor rooms have been reported to sometimes feel damp or musty, and may receive noise from the street or from building work nearby. Rooms near the lift can also be noisier. Upper-floor rooms tend to be quieter. Room size can be compact, so those needing more space for luggage or living within the room may prefer a larger category.

Leisure facilities are limited to the rooftop terrace, which is furnished with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Sun umbrellas are provided, and the area also has a solarium. There is no spa, swimming pool or fitness centre. The terrace offers a quiet space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Services include a 24-hour front desk (reception closed 00:00-09:00), concierge, tour desk and invoice provision. Daily housekeeping is free. Luggage storage is available from 09:00 to 00:00, which is useful for early arrivals or late departures. Parking is not on site but discounted public parking (approx. €17.50-€25 per day) is available at a nearby public car park a 4- to 5-minute walk away; guests can stop briefly at the hotel entrance to unload luggage. Airport transfer is not offered, but the hotel can book a taxi for you. Accessibility: there is a lift, but the entrance has a few steps, and the lift does not reach all areas without additional stairs, so the hotel may not be fully suitable for wheelchair users.
