The hotel is located in a light-industrial area with limited services on foot - the nearest supermarket is a 40-minute walk, and the closest bus stop is a 10-minute walk away (serving the city centre). The location is best suited for travellers with a car or those relying on taxis or ride-hailing services for city-centre visits (a taxi costs around €18 each way). A nightclub and a casino operate adjacent to the property, which may not suit all travellers. The immediate neighbourhood is unattractive, but the hotel itself contains restaurant, bar and pool facilities that compensate for the lack of nearby amenities. The area is quiet at night outside the adjacent club's operating hours.

Rooms are available as twin (2 beds), double (1 bed), triple (3 beds) and a spacious suite with a living area and sofa. All rooms feature soundproof walls, a safety deposit box, cable TV and heating.
