The central station is a 12-15 minute walk, and the metro at Frederiksberg Allé is 5-8 minutes away. Buses stop right outside, providing easy access across Copenhagen. The city centre is a 20-minute walk, and Frederiksberg Gardens, the Zoo, and several museums are within a short stroll. The surrounding Vesterbro neighbourhood is lively and authentic, with plenty of dining options including Pho Saigon, Madklubben Vesterbro, and Kiin Kiin Bao Bao all within 500 metres. For those arriving by car, private parking is available nearby for 250 DKK per day but must be reserved in advance.

All rooms have parquet floors, a flat-screen TV, and heating. Small single rooms (approx. 10 m2) overlook the street, garden, or courtyard - best for solo travellers using the room as a base. Twin/double rooms (approx. 14 m2) face the garden or courtyard and include a work desk. Superior double rooms (16-20 m2) feature air conditioning and a coffee machine. The junior suite and family suite (two bedrooms, two bathrooms) offer more space. Bathrooms are private but compact; some have a shower curtain and shared toilet/shower floor. There is no air conditioning in standard rooms, which can become warm in summer - opening windows may bring street or courtyard noise. Rooms facing the courtyard hear morning noise from neighbouring shops. No tea/coffee facilities in standard rooms; hot drinks are available from the bar or reception. Hairdryer provided; iron and ironing board available at reception. Most upper floors are reachable by lift, but there are a few steps at the entrance.

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday 07:00-10:00, and Saturday-Sunday 07:30-11:00. The buffet includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, sausages, and potato patties. Gluten-free bread is available on request. Hot items may occasionally be less warm, and the selection remains similar day to day. The bar next to reception offers coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks until midnight. A rooftop bar with city views is open seasonally. Special diet menus can be requested. The neighbourhood has many dining options within a short walk.

The hotel features a sauna on the rooftop terrace, accessible for a fee. A spa and wellness centre is also available (additional charge). The rooftop terrace itself is a popular spot for relaxing, with lounge chairs and panoramic views of Copenhagen - ideal for evening drinks from the bar. There is no swimming pool. Bicycle rental (150 DKK per day) is offered, allowing guests to explore the city on two wheels. The surrounding area is good for walking and cycling, with parks, gardens, and the zoo close by.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. A luggage storage room is available for free, useful for late-departure guests.
