MOXY COPENHAGEN, Copenhagen

The hotel is 4 km from the city centre and 12 km from Copenhagen Airport. From the airport, take the train to Copenhagen Central Station, change to a Køge-bound S-train, and get off at Sydhavn after two stops. The metro (M4 line) is an 8-minute walk at Mozarts Plads, providing a direct route to the centre in about 10-15 minutes. The neighbourhood is quieter than the city core and has a limited number of shops and restaurants nearby, but a small Netto supermarket is a short walk away. Car travel is practical for access, though parking is paid.

Breakfast is available for an additional 159 DKK per person and includes a selection of breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, and hot items. The buffet caters to vegetarian and gluten-free diets, and a range of fresh pastries is offered. During peak times, seating can be limited, and replenishment of items may lag. The on-site Moxy Bar serves handcrafted drinks, small plates, and local brews, and is also the check-in area. A 24/7 Pickup station offers grab-and-go snacks and meals. There is a limited evening dining menu; options include pizza and burgers, but the quality is considered basic. Nearby alternatives include several cafés and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.

The fitness centre is free to use and open around the clock, providing equipment for a basic workout. The games room includes a table football, ping-pong, and board games, all accessible at no extra charge. Bike rental is available: 200 DKK for a full day (06:00 - 23:00) or 100 DKK for a half day (16:00 - 23:00). The lobby social space offers co-working and lounge areas, as well as a TV area with a video game console. The heated, motion-activated under-bed lights in rooms provide a midnight bathroom guide without waking others.

WiFi is free and strong in all areas. Luggage storage is free of charge for early arrivals or late departures. A 24-hour front desk handles check-in, check-out, and security. Daily housekeeping is provided, though bed sheets may not be changed during multi-night stays; the hotel offers an ironing room on each floor. Accessible features include a roll-in shower, lowered toilet, visual aids (Braille and tactile signs), and wheelchair-accessible guest rooms. Pets are allowed (200 DKK per night) with pet bowls and baskets provided. EV charging stations are not available on-site. A business centre and meeting/banquet facilities are free to use.
