Despite being in a busy area, the building's 1st-floor apartment layout insulates the rooms from street-level noise - especially those facing the internal courtyard. The area is well served by transport: the RER B line to Charles de Gaulle Airport is accessible from several nearby stations, and Orly Airport can be reached via Orlyval and connecting Metro lines. Numerous restaurants, bakeries, and shops are within a short walk, making evening dining and sightseeing easy without a car.

Rooms are housed on a single floor above the reception level. The bathroom layout is open to the room - the shower is separated by a half-wall, while the sink is in the sleeping area; the toilet is fully enclosed in a separate compartment.
