The Cozumel ferry terminal is about a 7-minute walk. Many restaurants, including Il Baretto and Fusion Beach Bar Cuisine, are within 0.5 km. For airport transfers, taxis and the ADO bus are easily accessible; the hotel also offers paid private shuttle service. Parking is several blocks away on 10th Avenue-plan ahead if arriving by car.

The property offers a variety of categories: Standard rooms (no TV, basic furnishings), Garden Deluxe (with TV and balcony), and suites with ocean views, some with jacuzzis or spa baths. Rooms are generally spacious-especially the oceanfront suites and family rooms-but some have older décor and small beds (1.20-1.40 m wide). Noise from Fifth Avenue bars can be significant in oceanfront and street-facing rooms; garden or inner courtyard rooms are quieter. Some rooms lack blackout curtains, letting in early morning light. Bathrooms may have low water pressure and occasional sewer smells. Standard rooms do not have a TV or phone. All rooms have a mini fridge, free toiletries, and a safety deposit box.
