Sagrada Familia is 10 minutes away on foot, while Gaudí's Casa Batlló and La Pedrera are around 20 minutes (1.5-2 km). Arc de Triomf is a 13-minute walk. Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas are just over 1 km from the hotel. Monumental metro station (L2) is 200-300 metres away, providing direct access to the city centre and links to the airport via Aerobus to Plaça Universitat. The cruise terminal is about 30 minutes by taxi. The neighbourhood offers a range of restaurants, supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi), and bakeries along the main streets, while the surrounding area remains quiet at night.

Rooms have a practical, no-frills design with tiled floors. Double rooms come with a queen-size bed (150x200 cm). Triple rooms, at 28 m2, offer a bath with shower and bidet. Quadruple rooms are 32 m2 and split into two separate rooms connected by a corridor, ideal for families or groups needing extra privacy. The walls between rooms are thin, and doors must be slammed to close, so internal noise can be an issue - rooms facing the inner courtyard are quieter. There are no balconies, minibars, or kettles in rooms, though a kettle can be requested at reception subject to availability. Windows in some rooms face a brick wall, limiting natural light. Daily housekeeping is included; additional laundry and ironing services are available for a fee. A hairdryer is provided in the bathroom.
