The Bogatell metro station (L4 line) is about 100 metres from the entrance, making it straightforward to reach the city centre, Sagrada Familia, and other landmarks. Barcelona El Prat Airport is 15 km away; there is no hotel shuttle, but the metro provides a practical connection. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk, and the Port Olympic area is 900 metres away. The neighbourhood is quieter than the tourist core, with several restaurants and a small supermarket within a few minutes' walk. For car users, private underground parking is available on site for €20 per day, though spaces cannot be reserved in advance and access is tight due to narrow pillars.

Rooms come with a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, parquet floors, wardrobe, and thermostat-controlled air conditioning and heating. Soundproofed walls help reduce noise, but corridor and door-slamming sounds can still be heard. Room sizes are modest - typically around 15 m2 - which can feel cramped when opening luggage. There are twin and double room options, plus superior family rooms that connect two rooms via an internal door (max 4 people). The windows have a safety restrictor and only open a few centimetres, which can make the room feel stuffy, especially when the air conditioning is not on cooling mode. There is no kettle, minibar, safe, iron, or balcony in the rooms. Items like an iron or kettle can be borrowed from reception.

Breakfast runs from 07:00 to 10:30 and includes a standard continental spread: breads, pastries, cheese, cold cuts, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, sausages, and hot drinks. The selection remains the same daily, which can feel repetitive on longer stays. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including Italian, sushi, and tapas options. For self-catering, the rooms have no fridge or microwave, but a small supermarket is nearby.

The outdoor pool is on the rooftop and is open all year, though it is not heated, so the water can be cold, especially outside summer. Towels are provided at the pool area, and sun loungers are available, but during peak summer the pool area can become very crowded, making it hard to find space. There is no spa or wellness centre. For indoor recreation, there is a games room with table tennis, a foosball table (on the ground floor terrace), and board games. Bicycle rental is available at the hotel for €15 per day. The beach is within a 10-15 minute walk and the hotel can provide free umbrellas for the day. The hotel also has a shared lounge/TV area and a 24-hour bar.

Luggage storage is available at no extra charge, both before check-in and after check-out, and pool access remains possible on the departure day while luggage is stored.
