Passeig de Gracia Metro Station is 200 metres away, providing direct access to major attractions and the airport via the Aerobus from Plaza Catalunya (7 minutes on foot). Plaza Catalunya and the start of Las Ramblas are a 5-minute walk. The area is packed with restaurants, bars, and shops, including tapas spots and halal options. Despite its central position, the street is relatively calm, and the hotel's interior terrace offers a quiet retreat from the city bustle.

Double standard rooms are interior-facing with no balcony, while Double Deluxe rooms may include a balcony - request when booking if outdoor space matters. Triple rooms include a sofa bed (1.05 m x 2.00 m) suitable for an adult. All rooms have a king-size bed, safe, flat-screen TV, and soundproofing, though effectiveness varies. Some rooms, particularly standard doubles, are noted as very compact with limited storage; not all rooms have a wardrobe. Windows are operable, but interior-facing rooms overlook a light well or wall and can be dark. Air conditioning and heating are present, though some reviews indicate the heating may struggle in cold weather. Bathrooms have walk-in showers with good water pressure; some have no shower door, which can cause water spillage. Cleanliness has been inconsistent, but many find the rooms clean and comfortable. For more space and natural light, choose a Deluxe room with a balcony.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or serve a traditional breakfast. Instead, a complimentary self-service corner on the first floor offers a coffee machine, hot chocolate, tea, and filtered water available 24/7.
