The hotel stands in the Eixample neighbourhood, a safe and central area, just 500 m from the iconic buildings and designer shops of Passeig de Gràcia. Plaza Catalunya is a 15-minute walk away. The Metro is within 2 to 4 minutes on foot, giving quick access to both Sagrada Família and the Gothic Quarter, as well as direct transport to Barcelona-El Prat Airport (taxi around €35). For car-free city exploration, the area is well served by buses and the tram stop is also nearby. The immediate vicinity is filled with restaurants, tapas bars, and a convenience store directly across the street, making it easy to grab essentials or enjoy a leisurely dinner without wandering far.

Each room offers a private bathroom with a walk-in shower (some with a bathtub in suites), hairdryer, free toiletries, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Bed choices include queen, twin, double, or king in higher categories. The studio and penthouse suite feature a terrace with city views, while suites include a separate living area. Superior double rooms come with a kettle, tea and coffee maker, and provide a more spacious layout. Standard double rooms tend to be compact, and rooms on lower floors facing the inner courtyard receive limited natural light and have sealed windows - Deluxe or higher categories have a window that opens to the street (roadside or backside of the building). Room size varies; the quietest option is to request a room on a higher floor away from the lift. Daily housekeeping is included, and an iron, ironing board, and full-length mirror are available.

The breakfast includes a hot selection of scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, Spanish tortilla, baked beans, mushrooms, cheese, ham, fresh pastries, yogurt, fruit, and bread. The buffet also features local products such as Spanish egg and freshly prepared bread. Coffee, tea, and juices are available. The breakfast area can become busy but service is prompt. For dinner and drinks, numerous restaurants and tapas bars are within a 2-block radius, and the hotel does not operate a lunch or dinner restaurant. The breakfast can be purchased for €16 per person per day on site; it is not included in the room rate by default.
