ALAMO INN AND SUITES - CONVENTION CENTER, Anaheim

This hotel sits less than 2 km from the Disneyland Resort, California Adventure, and the Anaheim Convention Center. The walk to the park entrance takes 10-20 minutes depending on pace and uses the well-lit, safe route through Downtown Disney. Angel Stadium is 5 km away, Knott's Berry Farm is a 12-minute drive, and Outlets at Orange is 7 minutes by car. There is no hotel restaurant, but Denny's is only a block away, and a handful of other dining options are within 0.5 km. For car-free trips to Disneyland, the ART shuttle stop is nearby (fare $4 per person each way); an app called Away We Go is required to book tickets.

The hotel does not offer a restaurant, room service, or breakfast. Complimentary coffee is served in the front office each morning. For meals, Denny's is directly next door-open 24 hours and offers a 15% discount when you show your room key. Within a short walk (0.5 km) are Brewberry Cafe, Taco Mi Pueblo, Gandhi Palace Restaurant, Coco's Restaurant & Bakery, and Marri's Pizza & Italian. Guests who want to prepare their own food can shop at a nearby supermarket (Walmart Supercenter about 10 minutes away) and use the in-room microwave and refrigerator. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are also available on site.

The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Both are free for registered guests and are typically kept clean and well-maintained. The pool area is surrounded by landscaping and provides lounge seating. Due to southern California's climate, the pool is usable much of the year, though seasonal weather may occasionally limit its use. There is no spa, fitness center, or wellness facilities on site.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no charge - the password can be obtained at the front desk. Free public parking is available on site but requires a reservation and is limited to one vehicle per room; spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and the lot includes accessible parking spots. The 24-hour front desk can assist with tour and shuttle bookings, and luggage storage is free for up to 6 large bags before check-in or after checkout. Daily housekeeping is included, and express check-in/check-out is available. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are located outdoors near the pool, with detergent sold separately. Other services include a tour desk, drink and snack vending machines, and a water refilling station. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, key card access, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. The property is non-smoking throughout and does not allow pets. An elevator serves all three floors.
