ALL SUITES APPART HOTEL - BORDEAUX CENTRE GARE, Bordeaux

The hotel sits between the train station and the historic core, providing convenient access to public transport including tram and bus lines. The neighbourhood is residential with supermarkets and bakeries nearby, though some areas feel less busy after dark. For airport access, Mérignac Airport is 13 km away by public transport-allow about 45 minutes via tram and bus. Saint-Michel Basilica is 1 km from the property, and the Great Bell of Bordeaux is a 20-minute walk. Pont de Pierre is 2 km away.

The property is split into two buildings: the main building offers studios with air conditioning, while the secondary building houses economic studios without AC. All units include a flat-screen TV, microwave, fridge, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Some rooms have soundproof walls, but noise from ventilation systems or street-facing windows can be an issue. Bedding includes both double and twin options, and some units have sofa beds. Rooms are described as spacious and functional, though interior condition may vary-some reports indicate dated furniture and cleanliness inconsistencies. For a quieter stay, request a room on a higher floor or away from ventilation. The Studio Executive is wheelchair accessible. There are no rooms with balconies.

Breakfast is served in the property's communal lounge. The selection is basic continental with cereals, fresh fruit, and a coffee machine. Gluten-free options are available upon request. There is no restaurant on site; however, the hotel is within walking distance of Les Capucins market and several eateries. For those wanting a fuller meal or to work in a café setting, numerous bakeries and casual restaurants are within 5-15 minutes on foot.

The wellness facilities include a small gym with cardio and weight equipment and a sauna. Both are available at no extra charge. Condition of gym equipment has been noted as variable, with some machines occasionally out of service. The sauna is a practical option for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. There is no swimming pool or spa.

Parking: underground parking is available at €10.50-€15 per night in a separate building; height limit 2 m. Pets: allowed at €10.50 per pet per night. Laundry: self-service washer and dryer cost €4 and €2 per load, with tokens sold at reception. Daily housekeeping is offered for an additional charge. The property is wheelchair accessible via the Studio Executive room type. Security features include CCTV, key card access, and 24/7 front desk. Luggage storage is free, useful for early arrivals or late departures. No airport shuttle; public transport is recommended for airport transfers. Bicycle storage is available.
