The apartments sit on a lively central street with shops, bars, and restaurants on the doorstep. Las Ramblas is a 5-minute walk away, and the Gothic Quarter is just beyond. Metro stations Universitat and Catalunya are within a few metres, providing direct access across the city. The Aerobús stop is 250 metres away, making airport transfers straightforward without a car. For those driving, the nearest parking is a 10-minute walk. Despite the central bustle, the apartment building itself is secure and quiet, especially on higher floors.

Each apartment sleeps up to 4-5 people. The bedroom has a king-size bed or two twin beds; the living room contains a sofa bed that converts into two single beds. All apartments are exterior-facing with large windows and good views over central Barcelona. The bathrooms feature wide walk-in showers (no bidets) and a hairdryer is provided. Kitchens are well stocked with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and basic cooking utensils. The rooms are cleaned and linens are changed during the stay. While generally comfortable and spacious, some apartments have decor that feels somewhat basic and could benefit from updating.

Breakfast is not automatically included; check your booking for availability. Since there is no in-house restaurant, guests prepare their own meals in the well-equipped kitchen or eat out. The streets around the apartments are packed with cafés, tapas bars, burger spots, and international restaurants - all within a 1-5 minute walk. Supermarkets and 24-hour convenience stores are also nearby, making self-catering practical.

For wellness facilities, guests can use the pool at the hotel directly opposite free of charge in summer months. There are no other on-site leisure amenities. The central location, however, places all of Barcelona's attractions - from the Gothic Quarter to the beaches and Montjuïc - within walking distance or a short metro ride.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the building. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out at no extra cost. An airport shuttle can be arranged for a fee (approx. €35-40); alternatively, the Aerobús costs around €9 per person. Daily housekeeping and laundry services are available for an additional charge. Pets are allowed on request at no extra fee, though a cleaning charge may apply if extra cleaning is needed. The building has a recently renovated lift, CCTV, and a safety deposit box.
