The apartment sits in the Eixample district, a 14-minute walk from Casa Batllo and 600 metres from Sagrada Familia. Passeig de Gracia and Plaça de Catalunya are within a 20-25-minute walk. Metro stations (Sagrada Familia, Diagonal) and a tram stop are 5-10 minutes away, providing direct routes to the airport and city centre. A 24-hour supermarket is across the street, and numerous cafes, patisseries, and restaurants are within a few blocks. For longer trips, Barcelona El Prat Airport is 14 km away - accessible via taxi (25-30 min) or metro (approx. 40 min). The area feels safe and lively with local life, but the main streets (Aragó, Diagonal) bring consistent traffic noise.

Apartments range from one to three bedrooms, all with private entrances, parquet floors, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a sofa. The double beds are king-size (1.80 m wide), and some units include a sofa bed in the living room. Bedrooms with twin beds are available upon request but not guaranteed. A pull-out sofa is also present in some configurations. The apartments feature city views or inner courtyard views depending on the room. The one-bedroom apartments have a small window in the bedroom and a larger kitchen window; some interior rooms are dark due to limited windows. The building is older and though the apartments are beautifully renovated, soundproofing between units and from the stairwell/staircase is minimal - street-facing rooms can be noisy, especially on lower floors. A balcony is available on some units, providing an outdoor space. The staircase is narrow and steep, and there is no lift. For light sleepers, a room away from the street or higher floor is recommended.

Each kitchen includes high-end appliances, quality cutlery and dishes, a coffee machine (capsules not provided), kettle, toaster, and basic cooking essentials like oil and vinegar. Nearby dining includes Can Nico Restaurant, Diagonal 301, Forn Teixido, and several other restaurants - all within 300 metres. Numerous patisseries and cafes (e.g., Bristol Cafe, a 4-minute walk) serve breakfast and coffee. A 24/7 supermarket across the street makes it easy to buy groceries or snacks at any hour. The Eixample area is known for its restaurant selection, including Japanese, Nepali, and tapas options.
