Gaudí's Casa Batlló and La Pedrera are a five-minute walk away, while Plaça de Catalunya and the Gothic Quarter are within 600 metres. The area is safe and well-served by metro lines and bus routes, allowing easy exploration on foot or by public transport. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés line Passeig de Gràcia and Las Ramblas (10 minutes' walk), and the surrounding streets offer a wide choice for dining and shopping.

Rooms are private and range from twin with 3 single beds to double/twin configurations (double/2 single beds). All include air conditioning, heating, parquet flooring, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. Some rooms offer city views and a small balcony, though not all do. The rooms are soundproofed, and road-facing rooms can be noisier; requesting a quiet room inside the building is recommended. Daily housekeeping changes towels and keeps rooms clean. Beds are consistently noted as comfortable. The bathroom is private in all rooms, typically with a shower and toilet. A small fridge is available in some rooms.
