ANAGNINA HOME, Rome

Situated 6 km from Rome Ciampino Airport, the holiday home places guests at the southern end of Metro Line A. Being the last stop ensures a seat when heading into the historic centre, while Università Tor Vergata is 7 km away and Porta Maggiore 9 km. Several restaurants and snack bars are within a 0.5-1 km radius. The area is calm and residential, and the metro is reachable in under 100 metres, making car-free exploration straightforward.

The air-conditioned property comprises 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and cookware. Additional amenities include a washing machine, ironing facilities, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The unit has a sofa bed and a dining area, providing space for up to 3-4 guests. The apartment feels clean and well-maintained, with a quiet atmosphere despite the proximity to the metro.

While the property does not have its own restaurant or bar, the kitchen provides everything needed for meal preparation. Basic cooking staples (oil, salt, coffee capsules, tea) may sometimes be available, relieving the need to buy everything on arrival. For dining out, choices include Bar Metro Snack (0.5 km), Mucca Pazza Anagnina (0.5 km), Gusto 2.0 (1 km), and Pizzeria Cip e Ciop (1 km).

The property offers 24-hour front desk service, key access, a security alarm, and a safety deposit box (free). Free wired internet is available in public areas. An airport shuttle can be arranged at an additional cost. Private parking (€5/day) is located off-site and cannot be reserved. Street parking is also available. The host is responsive and helpful, though they speak limited English - communication is effective via messaging or translation tools.
