The ADO International Bus Station is a 1-minute walk (100-150 m) and the Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal (ferry to Cozumel) is 400 m away. Cancun International Airport is 34 km; the ADO bus ($16 USD) arrives directly at the station nearby, making airport transfers easy without a car. Numerous restaurants, bars and shops are within 0.5 km. Nightlife music from nearby venues can be audible until midnight; rooms facing the garden and higher floors are quieter.

The hotel offers family rooms and studios. Room types include a spacious double room (2 beds) and a studio (1 bed), both with air conditioning, garden-view terrace, coffee machine, flat-screen cable TV, safe, and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Desk space is limited (sitting area only). Some rooms have a mini-fridge. Beds vary in firmness - a common pattern is a very firm mattress. Rooms are generally clean and spacious, though some are described as older or basic in decor. Noise isolation between rooms and from the street is limited; light sleepers may benefit from a garden-view room on a higher floor. Electrical outlets can be scarce - bringing a multi-plug or extension cord can be useful. An electric kettle is not standard.
