Located 24km from Tokyo Haneda Airport, the hostel sits in a quiet, slightly residential neighbourhood that is well connected for exploring the city. The station is about a five-minute walk away, and a bus to Asakusa stops just two minutes from the door. Several convenience stores (Lawson, 7-Eleven) and restaurants are within a five-minute walk. Jokanji Temple is seven minutes on foot; Susano Shrine and Ichiyo Memorial Museum are under one kilometre away. The area is calm at night, making it suitable for resting after a day out, but some rooms on lower floors can pick up street noise, including occasional ambulance sirens.

The property offers private double rooms with a double bed, private twin rooms with two single beds, and dormitory-style bunk-bed rooms. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, a shared bathroom (shower only, with hairdryer provided), and no in-room wardrobe or mirror - storage is limited to a couple of hangers. The double room measures roughly 4-7m2, which can feel very cramped for two people with luggage; larger rooms are available at a higher rate. The bed is a futon on a wooden frame with a thin mattress, which feels firm. Upper-floor rooms are accessible by lift. Rooms with windows facing the street can experience noise from traffic and sirens; light sleepers may wish to pack earplugs.

The hostel does not serve breakfast or operate its own restaurant. The shared kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with basic appliances for preparing simple meals. A supermarket and several convenience stores are within a short walk for buying groceries. Numerous affordable eateries are located within 500m, including Japanese pubs (izakaya), a curry house, and an Indian restaurant (Phulbari Minami-Senju Eki Mae). For a wider selection, Asakusa and Ueno are one to two train stops away.

There is no pool, gym, or spa on site. Leisure options are limited to the ground-floor shared lounge/TV area with sofas, tables, and free tea/coffee. Nearby parks along the Sumida River are within walking distance (roughly 10-15minutes) and offer a pleasant spot for a stroll or picnic.

Internet access is free and available throughout the building. Luggage storage costs ¥200 per piece and is available from 08:00 to 23:00 on check-in and check-out days. Bicycle parking is free. Laundry machines are available for a fee and are switched off after 22:00 to minimise noise. The reception desk (open 08:00-23:00) can accept packages for guests. The property is secured with key-card access at night, CCTV in common areas, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. Pets are not allowed.
