Haneda Airport is reachable in about 50 minutes (¥480 via Keikyu and Yamanote lines), and a taxi from Haneda takes around 45 minutes (¥12,000). From Narita, the Keisei Skyliner to Keisei Ueno Station (a 12-minute walk from the hotel) is the recommended rail route. Several metro lines are also within a 5-10 minute walk, making areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, and Asakusa easy to reach. FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are right around the corner, and Ueno Park, Ameyoko shopping street, and a wide range of restaurants are all within a 15-minute stroll.

Room types include Superior Studios (frosted glass window for privacy), Deluxe Studios (large street-facing window for natural light), and Deluxe Family Rooms with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each unit features a kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and kettle, plus a dining area, washing machine/dryer, ironing facilities, a flat-screen TV, and a safe. The accommodation is notably spacious for Tokyo and fits families of up to 5 comfortably. Sofa beds are made up as extra beds for third or fourth guests. Rooms are very quiet and well soundproofed, though some studios have limited window views. Beds are comfortable, with a mix of firm pillows available. A high-quality dehumidifier and air conditioning ensure comfort year-round.

Each room includes a stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, kettle, and a full set of cookware, utensils, and dishes - ideal for preparing breakfast or simple meals.
