The nearest metro (Asakusa Station, served by the Ginza, Toei Asakusa, and Tobu lines) is a 10-15 minute walk; a bus stop is almost at the doorstep. The Skytree is a 20-minute walk away. Multiple convenience stores and a Don Quijote are within a 10-minute walk. The area has several hidden-gem bars and cafés within a few blocks. The property is 18 km from Haneda Airport.

The accommodation offers a variety of room types: studios, twin rooms, quadruple rooms, and larger suites with up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms come with a private bathroom (bath and shower), a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, electric kettle), air conditioning, a safe deposit box, and a dressing area. Selected rooms, such as twin rooms and suites, have a balcony - some with a view of Tokyo Skytree, though a specific room cannot be guaranteed at booking. The layout varies: some rooms feature a step up from the entrance, and the balcony door may be low for taller people. An open-air bath is available in a select suite. The floors are carpeted (parquet or tatami in some suites). The rooms are generally clean and comfortable, with especially comfortable beds. The space is enough for multiple suitcases. Note that some rooms can have a slight smell after previous use, and the motion-activated light may cause minor nighttime disturbance.
