The complex sits directly on the promenade of Matagorda Beach, a Blue Flag golden-sand beach just steps from the apartments. The Matagorda shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, and several bars and restaurants is a 200-metre walk away. A bus stop is 200 metres from the complex, and Puerto del Carmen town centre is 3 km away (around a €10 taxi fare). The location is quiet and flat, with easy walking to the beach and local amenities, though some apartments in block 8 are 10 minutes on foot from reception. The airport is close enough that aircraft noise is audible but does not generally disturb.

All apartments are independent bungalows with a living room, separate bedroom(s), kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and utensils, plus a private terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers. Superior Apartments (blocks 1-4) are closest to the beach (150 m), include free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedroom, and may have a walk-in shower. Standard Apartments (blocks 7-8) are 300-600 m from the beach, do not include Wi-Fi or air conditioning, and have a bathtub with shower. Two-bedroom apartments are available but may not have air conditioning. Some apartments feel dated and basic, with older furniture and limited kitchen sockets, while others have modern bathrooms. Road-facing or public-path-facing apartments can be less private and noisier. Light sleepers may want to request a pool-facing or garden-view room. Housekeeping is provided 5 days per week with towel changes.

The on-site snack bar in block 3 offers breakfast (continental buffet, coffee, and pastries) and limited snacks during opening hours. It operates Monday to Friday only and may close for holidays or at the operator's discretion. There is no full restaurant on the complex. A wide selection of bars, restaurants, and cafés is available within a 2-5-minute walk in the Matagorda commercial centre, offering Spanish, British, and international cuisine. For a greater variety, Puerto del Carmen is a short taxi ride away. Self-catering is well supported by the in-room kitchenette and a supermarket 200 metres away.

The complex is divided into seven blocks, each with its own outdoor swimming pool. Three pools can be heated during the winter season, and three pools have a designated shallow area for children. All pools are free to use and are cleaned daily during opening hours (typically 10:00-18:00). Sun loungers are available around each pool and on the private terraces. The pool bar in block 8 offers drinks and snacks during the day on weekdays. Matagorda Beach is immediately adjacent, offering safe swimming and a promenade for walking or cycling. Bicycle and car hire are available from reception. There is no spa, gym, or wellness centre on-site.

The 24-hour reception can assist with taxi orders, car and bicycle hire, and general enquiries. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex, although the connection can be inconsistent and may require repeated logins. Free public parking is available on nearby streets with no reservation needed. Housekeeping services the apartments 5 days per week, changing towels and bedding. Ironing facilities can be borrowed from reception (€12 per week). The safety deposit box is charged extra. No laundry service is available. The complex is not fully fenced, and public footpaths run through parts of the site. Wheelchair access is limited; some blocks require stairs or uphill walks. Mobility scooters can be stored and charged in Superior apartments by prior request.
