The apartments are in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, 400 metres from Playa Chica Beach. Biosfera Plaza Shopping and Leisure Centre is a 10-minute walk away, and the fishing village of La Tiñosa is nearby. A bus stop right next to the complex offers direct services to the airport (15-20 minutes drive), and the harbour and a variety of bar-restaurants are within a few minutes' stroll. A supermarket is attached to the complex. Street parking is available in the area, though the property has no dedicated parking.

Each air-conditioned 1-bedroom apartment has a separate living area with a sofa and dining space, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bathtub), and a small kitchen with a fridge, stovetop, microwave, kettle and kitchenware. A washing machine, tea and coffee maker, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (including international channels) are provided. Balconies or terraces offer pool views in 4 of the 5 apartments; none have sea views. Bedrooms have a portable air-conditioner, and free Wi-Fi is available in rooms. Daily cleaning is included.

The property does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast, but each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. A large supermarket is literally next door, open daily, and many restaurants, bars and pubs (PJs Bar, O'Sullivans Irish Bar & Restaurant, El Burro, Taberna el Buho and others) are within a 3-5 minute walk. The harbour area, with additional dining, is also a few minutes away.

The complex has a large outdoor swimming pool fenced in and open all year. Sun loungers are readily available, with no competition for space, and the pool area is consistently quiet. The property also provides beach equipment, including towels, umbrellas and chairs. There is no spa or gym on site.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. Daily housekeeping is included, and a welcome pack with wine, water and snacks is provided on arrival. The property offers free luggage storage for departures, and private check-in/check-out is available. A safety deposit box and fire extinguishers are present.
