The property sits in a calm, low-traffic street about 10 minutes' walk downhill from the main harbour area with its bars, restaurants and shops. Playa Chica beach is a 15-minute walk away, while the old town and a larger supermarket are within a few minutes on foot. Lanzarote Airport is a 10-minute drive (7 km). Free street parking is almost always available directly outside. A bus stop is nearby, and the surrounding roads are popular with cyclists heading out of town. The ongoing construction directly opposite creates noise and dust during daytime hours, which affects the immediate outdoor area.

The complex has 8 apartments: 4 ground-floor units with a terrace and direct pool access, and 4 upper-floor units with a balcony and sea or garden views. Upper-floor apartments 5, 6, 7 and 8 offer more privacy and uninterrupted sea views. Each apartment has a separate bedroom (or two in the larger units), a living room, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and utensils; one two-bedroom apartment also has an oven. Beds are comfortable, with options for double or twin setups. Sofas are compact. Some apartments have limited hanging space in the second bedroom but offer drawers. Rooms are bright, clean and well-maintained, with a flat-screen TV and cable channels. There is no air conditioning; opening windows provides ventilation.

The outdoor saltwater pool is open all year and features a shallow end and a pool with a view. Sun loungers and a solarium area are available around the pool, which is cleaned daily. The pool is located directly outside the ground-floor apartments, making it very accessible. The garden and spacious terrace provide additional space to relax. Nearby leisure options include Lanzarote Golf Resort, Rancho Texas Park and scuba diving in the surrounding area. Playa Chica beach is a 15-minute walk away.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property, though the connection is shared and may not be sufficient for intensive remote work. Free street parking is generally easy to find right outside the building. Cots are available for babies. Towels are provided and can be changed mid-week. The host lives next door and is responsive; they can help with luggage storage on check-out day and call a taxi to the airport. Check-in is via a lockbox with a gate code; instructions are provided in advance. The property has a shared washing machine near the pool. No pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited on the entire premises.
