The main tourist strip and the larger beaches are about a 45-minute walk or a €4-5 taxi ride away. Free on-street parking is available, but the lack of a lift and many steps means this location is best suited to those comfortable with walking and stairs.

The property offers various apartment sizes, from studios to two-bedroom units, each with a private bathroom (shower and hairdryer). All rooms include a kitchenette with an oven, hob, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. Upper-floor and sea-view apartments provide large terraces or balconies with harbour views, often furnished with sun loungers. Economy apartments are located on the lowest floor with street views and limited natural light. There is no air conditioning or heating; each apartment is supplied with a free fan. The apartments have flat-screen TVs with English channels (Netflix is not available), and beds are two singles which can be pushed together with double bed linen. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every two days, and the property can accommodate early check-in requests if available.

Each apartment includes a kitchen with an oven, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, making self-catering straightforward. The on-site supermarket across the street stocks all essentials. Numerous bars and restaurants are within a 2-5 minute walk along the harbour, offering variety from local Spanish cuisine to international options. The main dining strip is about a 15-20 minute stroll away.

The unheated pool is open all year and is kept clean daily. The two sun terraces provide a quiet, relaxing sun-trap with loungers, though the number of sun beds is limited. The property does not have a spa, gym, or bar. Diving, fishing, and golf (within 3 km) are available locally as paid activities. The pool area has a strict no-jumping policy and is open from 10:00.

The reception desk is staffed for limited hours, but key-code entry allows for flexible arrivals after hours. Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property. A safety deposit box is available for an additional charge. The property offers a free luggage storage room with a shower and WC, ideal for late departures, though a €10 per person fee applies for the storage facility. On-site laundry is available. Taxi transfers can be booked via reception. Car hire is available on site, and free on-street parking is an alternative to the paid €5/day parking spaces.
